We could never have done it without her, and because of her help, everything went smoothly and worked out wonderfully.

Debbie Snyder was the perfect agent for me. She sold my house and found me the perfect new home for me. She listed my home on Nov. 4. 2021 and quickly found a buyer. With her help I found, bought and moved into my new home On Feb. 4, 2022. In today’s market this would not have happened if Debbie wasn’t as efficient and hard working as she is. We jumped into a hot market that wasn't very friendly to buyers, but Debbie made the whole process incredibly easy and we ended up with a great deal on a great house in a great neighborhood. Thanks guys....keep it up.

The never give up attitude from the realtor . She stayed on top of listings and kept us positive threw all of this nightmare, between covid and being a buyer in a seller's market

I don’t even know where to begin. Deb went through the ringer with us. Never once gave up on us or the market! Being 1st time buyers we went in knowing nothing, she always took the time to explain everything in detail. I would recommend her over and over. Her knowledge and gut instinct in this crazy market landed us our home. Forever grateful for all the hard work she put in!

Ms Deborah Snyder is very intelligent and also professional. I not even Speak English Language so well and I don't Understand English language very well. But she explains it easy to understand and how is the process work and how much you can safe.Thank your so much.

Our experience with Coldwell Banker & Deborah was excellent! When we first signed, the amount of showings increased dramatically. The activity had been very slow, as the house had been on the market for a while with different realtors. However, when we started with Coldwell Banker, the house began showing at least 3 times a week. This was obviously the biggest difference that we saw, but it is the little things too. For instance, the level of professionalism & communication was incredible. Deborah kept us informed about every showing & giving us suggestions when needed. This was not something that we experienced with other realtors. She called us weekly to report online activity & current interest in the property. We were very pleased with our decision to hire Coldwell Banker & feel fortunate to have met & worked with Deborah.

Given our special needs & considerations, Debbie was very understanding & accommodating. As we received timely information regarding any purchase offers, we also received weekly updates regarding the estate & any sales/marketing information. These actions prove that Debbie was truly an outstanding professional.
